Andy Guo

After completing his Bachelor of Real Estate Marketing & Management and Master of Business Administration, Andy joined the Australian property industry since 2006. With his passion and professional knowledge in property in additional to his sincerely service, he soon became the annual sales champion in a well known multinational property investment company and maintain the status for the following two years. Andy became known as a professional investment and sales consultant in the Chinese community. He treats clients as his close friends with great honesty and respect, provides professional property investment recommendations according to the clients’ needs, helps clients’ to buy and sell properties at best possible prices. Within a short three years, he has built up a large investor and owner occupier client base.

Andy has regular columns in Australian Chinese newspapers and blogs on the internet relating to property investment, which became very popular amongst the Chinese community. He has been elected as the Chinese Enterprise and Small Business Association President, to help new immigrants to settle in Australia, start businesses and purchase properties.

Paul Shih

As one of the most well known Property Investment Advisor in the Brisbane Chinese community, Paul has great interest in Property since very young of age through his family’s passion in property investment. His active involvements with Australian Taiwanese Chamber of Commerce as Secretary General, with Friends of Australasian Youth Association as Honorary President and as Justice of the Peace showed his commitment to give back to the community.
 
Paul’s educational background makes for impressive reading; he has completed a Masters Degree in Project Management, specialising in Property and Marketing, and was the first Property Investment Advisor in Queensland to complete the accreditation course with Property Investment Professional Association and Deakin University.
 
Paul has had various research and analytical articles published in Chinese and English media. He has been a keynote speaker at the 2009 Wealth & Lifestyle Expo and iFAIR 2009, plus property investment seminars across Australia and New Zealand. Paul practices what he preaches and has accumulated a multi-million dollar property portfolio, largely thanks to his strategic insights and enthusiasm for investing in great properties. He is passionate about sharing his experiences, knowledge and research to all clients of Yong Invest.

Mr. Tu has qualification of Bachelor in Chinese. He also graduated from Postgraduate Program in International Trade and Business Administration from Wuhan University and completed postgraduate Program in Advanced Industrial and Business Management for the Real Estate Industry from Tsinghua University. Mr. Tu was appointed by Wuhan Hengxi Development of the House Property Co. Ltd. as the Statutory Representative & Managing Director and by Hubei Sanda Real Estate Development Co. Ltd as the General Manager. He is familiar with the development and sales process of real estate and relevant national and local regulatioins. Mr. Tu has good mastery at property building, archetecture, real extate law and sales experience. His main duties include daily management of company, Australia local real estate development and sales projects. He is also responsible for exploration of company's Chinese market.
